Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Stripe:

  3. International Payment Methods

    • For international participants, we also accept payments in multiple currencies. Stripe will automatically process your payment in your local currency equivalent to the program fees in GBP (£), based on real-time exchange rates.

Deposit & Balance Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £250 (or equivalent in your currency) is due upon acceptance. This deposit secures your place in the program and will be applied toward your total fee.

  • Remaining Balance: The balance is due 8 weeks before the program start date. You’ll receive a payment reminder with a link to complete the transaction via Stripe.

How to Pay

  1. Payment Link: You will receive a personalized payment link upon acceptance, which will guide you through the secure payment process on Stripe.

  2. Invoice & Receipts: Once payments are processed, you will receive an invoice and receipt via email for your records.

  • Security: All payments are handled through Stripe’s secure platform, ensuring your data and transaction are protected.

  • Refunds: Please review our cancellation policy for details on refund eligibility.

  • Currency Conversion: For international payments, your bank may apply additional conversion fees. Please consult your financial institution for details.
